1. Perform a strand test for compatibility and timing

2. Do not shampoo hair before application.

3. Mix lightener with Wella crème developer in a non‑metal bowl:

•off‑scalp: 1 part lightener to 1.5–2 parts developer

•on‑scalp: 1 part lightener to 2 parts 20 Vol developer

4. Apply the mixture to dry, unwashed hair—fully saturate sections.
