This is a 20vol (6%) developer that can be mixed with wella color charm toners or other chemical treatments needing a 20vol oxidizer.
How to Use:
1. Mix with Bleach or Toner and achieve a smooth texture.
2. Apply to hair and let stay for 40 minutes.
