At VTA Trading, we value your satisfaction and want to make sure you are happy with every purchase. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only for items that meet the following conditions:

• The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Items that have been used, unsealed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return due to hygiene and product safety reasons.

2. Return Process

To request a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number, proof of purchase, and a clear photo of the product.
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.

3. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 – 10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Please note that:

• Shipping costs are non refundable.

• Refunds may take additional time depending on your payment provider.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, notify us immediately. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.
We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

6. Non Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Opened or used hair care and personal care products

• Items sold under clearance or promotional offers

• Gift cards or downloadable digital products
